Welcome to Thirsty Radish. From butchers to bakers, my family is a long line of self-taught and professional chefs. I meld their influences in an artful approach to dishes with a focus on seasonal meals. I am a writer, recipe developer, and educator known for my kitchen wisdom and commitment to mindful living.
Inspiring a creative approach to life in and out of the kitchen, I provide seasonally focused class options. Whether I help you to make a festive holiday meal or wholesome dinner, I love increasing people’s confidence in their cooking skills and comfort level in their own kitchens.
With a joyful approach, I help home chefs of all ages become more versatile in their approach to food, often reigniting their passion for cooking. I am a frequent presenter on topics related to food, wellness, and the arts.
As mindful living extends beyond food, I also share my expertise in meditation, the study of happiness, and our innate connection to nature through classes designed to help you reconnect with your inner spark and enhance well-being.
