These can help you to manage stress, regulate the nervous system, support healthy relationships, find meaning in your career, increase self-compassion, and create greater happiness in your life.

During a customized session, Vanessa will guide you through practices connected to your intentions and a restorative process to reconnect with yourself and cultivate your inner resources.
